Invite only
There are rooms where the real game is played. This is one of them.
- By invitation
- Small, capped membership
- Founders and operators only
Not a community. Not a course. Not another group chat that dies in three weeks.
A small, closed circle of founders who meet to say the things they can’t say anywhere else, and to help each other decide what to do about them.
Applications are read personally and answered within seven to ten days. Most are declined, and you’ll always hear why.

Why it exists
Being the founder is lonely in a specific way.
So you carry the hardest decisions alone, and you make them with less input than any of them deserve.
The Visionary Circle exists because a small number of people, in a room where nothing leaves, will change your decisions more than any advisor, book or course ever will.
Your team can’t hear your doubts.
They need direction and confidence from you, not your second thoughts.
Your investors need certainty.
Every conversation with them is, in part, a performance.
Your family wants to help.
But they don’t have the context to tell you anything useful.
Your friends stopped understanding your job.
Somewhere around three years ago.
That’s not resilience. That’s just isolation with better branding.
The room
Small on purpose.
Membership is capped. Not as a marketing device. The format simply stops working past a certain number.
Everyone in the room has to know everyone else well enough to be honest.
What happens inside
1
Real decisions
Regular closed sessions where members bring a real, current decision, not a hypothetical.
2
Direct challenge
From people who have solved similar problems at similar stakes.
3
My network and frameworks
Access to my thinking and the frameworks I use with paying clients.
4
Guest perspectives
Occasional operators and investors worth listening to.
5
Introductions that happen naturally
Because people in the room trust each other.

What doesn’t happen
No pitching. No networking-as-transaction. No motivational content. And nothing that leaves the room.

By invitation
Honesty needs a closed door.
The reason this works is simple: nobody’s performing. That only stays true if entry is controlled. One person in the room who’s really there to sell something, or who repeats what they heard, and the whole thing collapses into another networking event.
So membership is by invitation, applications are reviewed personally, and most are declined. Not because the people aren’t good. Usually the fit isn’t right, or the timing isn’t.
If you’re a fit, you’ll know quickly. If you’re not, I’ll tell you honestly and we’ll leave the door open for later.

Is this a fit?
Everyone here has earned their seat.
Members are founders and operators running real businesses with real stakes. Different industries, different stages, one thing in common: they’re past pretending they have it figured out.
You’ll fit if:
- You run a real business. Revenue and consequences, not an idea.
- You want the truth. You’d rather be told the truth than be encouraged.
- You contribute. You have something to give, not just something to ask.
- You show up. Prepared, consistently.
- You keep the room. What’s said in the room stays there.
You won’t fit if:
- You’re looking for clients or investors in the room.
- You want motivation more than input.
- You can’t commit to attending regularly.
- You need to be the smartest person in every conversation.
Apply
Request an invitation.
Applying takes about ten minutes. I read every one myself.
- Reviewed within seven to ten days
- A short call first, if there’s a potential fit
- A straight answer either way
Applying doesn’t guarantee a place, and I’ll be straight with you either way.
The best decisions you’ll make this year won’t be made alone.
A small room of founders who tell each other the truth, and help each other act on it.
