This was the story of the day for me. Jordan talked about one of his first hustles — selling newspapers door-to-door. His logic? Go to the houses without newspapers — they obviously need them, right?
Wrong.
His friend’s dad, a marketing exec, flipped that thinking on its head: sell to the people who already buy newspapers. They’re proven buyers. They know the value. They’re way more likely to say yes.
The takeaway?
Don’t waste your time convincing people why something matters. Go to the ones who already get it — and sell them a better version. Same goes for SEO, services, and honestly, anything in B2B.
Selling Yourself (Without Feeling Cringe)

This was one of the most practical, down-to-earth talks on personal branding I’ve heard. Nemanja laid it out clearly: if you can’t confidently talk about your own value, how can you expect someone else to pay for it?
It wasn’t about fake confidence — it was about clarity:
What do I stand for?
Who needs to know that?
How do I make sure they remember me?
Building a Business You Believe In

Ajdin shared the behind-the-scenes of building something real — not just for profit, but with purpose. He was honest about mistakes, team challenges, and what it actually takes to scale something without burning out. Solid reminder that strong sales only matter if the foundation underneath can support the growth.

I left with a notebook full of ideas and a reminder that great selling is rarely about tricks — it’s about knowing who you’re talking to, what they care about, and how to clearly show them the value.
