Founder Advisory · Private 1:1 program
You built the business. Now let’s build what comes next.
- 12 weeks
- 12 private sessions
- One founder in your corner
You’ve built something real. You have clients, revenue, responsibilities, and people who depend on your decisions. But somewhere between running the business and trying to grow it, you’ve become the person who has to figure out almost everything.
For the next 12 weeks, you won’t have to think through every important decision alone. We’ll identify what’s holding your company back, build a focused plan, work through difficult decisions, and keep moving until there’s real progress.
Not another course. Not generic coaching. A working partnership built around your business.
12 weekly 1:1 sessions. Pay upfront or in three monthly payments. Maximum 5 active founders.

What founders say
Sometimes the most valuable person in the room is the one who isn’t inside your business every day.
When you’re responsible for everything, it’s difficult to see the business objectively. A good outside perspective can challenge your assumptions, help you see what you’re missing, and make the decisions in front of you feel less overwhelming.
Milan and I advise each other on how to run our businesses. We show each other our blind spots. Honestly, sometimes uncomfortably, always to get better. His advice doesn’t come from a framework. It comes from building SmartClick from nothing and getting through the hard parts himself. If you’ve become the ceiling of your own company, talk to Milan.

I’ve had the pleasure of working and meeting with many professionals in our line of work, but Milan is someone who I will always remember fondly. He has excellent management skills, a knack for keeping everyone calm and productive, and a deep understanding of the industry.

Milan is an extremely capable and determined professional. An exceptional leader that inspires, motivates and drives results. The teams he led kept exceeding expectations and raised the bar on how a relationship should be nurtured.

Sound familiar?
Everyone comes to you for answers. But who do you go to?
Your team needs direction. Your clients need confidence. Your family needs your attention. Your business needs decisions. And somehow, you’re expected to have the answers. Even when you don’t.
You have ten problems in front of you, and every one feels important. You solve one. Two more appear. You hire someone to take work off your plate. Now you have someone else to manage. You try to focus on strategy. Something urgent pulls you back into operations.
You promise yourself next week will be different. Then Monday comes.
You’re constantly busy, but not always moving forward.
You finish the day exhausted, yet the decisions that could change the business remain untouched.
Every important decision still ends with you.
Hiring, pricing, sales, difficult clients, performance, priorities. Your team can execute, but you’re still carrying the thinking.
You don’t know what to prioritize.
Every opportunity looks promising. You spread attention across too many initiatives.
You keep postponing difficult conversations.
An employee, partnership or other decision needs attention, but there is always a reason to wait.
You’re solving symptoms instead of causes.
You think you need more sales, better people or more systems. Maybe the underlying problem is something else.
You’re carrying the pressure alone.
You can’t discuss everything with your team, don’t want to worry your family, and keep concerns to yourself.
You’re becoming the limitation of your own company.
The business grew because you were involved in everything. That involvement now limits its next stage.
You’re afraid of wasting another year.
Another year of working harder, making the same mistakes and promising to build differently.
The problem isn’t that you’re not working hard enough. It’s that working harder is no longer enough.
Imagine
Imagine having 12 weeks to work on the business instead of just surviving inside it.
Imagine starting Monday knowing what matters most. Having someone to talk to before an expensive hiring decision. Someone who understands your business, challenges your thinking and remembers what you committed to last week.
Imagine finally addressing the problem you’ve avoided for months. Your team taking more ownership. Sales becoming less dependent on your effort. Time to think about the next stage instead of reacting to the current one.
- More clarity.
- Better decisions.
- Stronger execution.
- A company less dependent on you.

The approach
You bring the business. I’ll bring the outside perspective.
This isn’t twelve generic business lessons or a fixed curriculum. Every session is built around your business, your decisions and the problems that matter most.
I’ll challenge assumptions, ask difficult questions, share relevant experience, help distinguish symptoms from causes, explore options and bring attention back to the priority we agreed.
You remain the founder. You make the decisions. You and your team execute. My role is to help you become better at both.
What we can work on
P
Positioning
Are you building for the right customers? Is the company differentiated? Are opportunities aligned with your desired direction?
P
Product & offer
Are you selling the right products or services? Does pricing support healthy growth?
P
Pipeline & sales
Where do customers come from? How dependent is revenue on you?
P
People & leadership
Do you have the right people, clear expectations and real ownership? What decisions are being postponed?
S
Systems & execution
Where does work break down? Which processes help, and which create complexity?
P
You as the founder
What should you stop doing? Which decisions should no longer reach you? What leader does the next stage require?
We won’t try to fix everything in 90 days. We’ll focus on the constraint that matters most.
The program
How the 12 weeks work
Understand & diagnose
Review goals, numbers, team, offers, sales, responsibilities and challenges. Use Positioning, Product, Pipeline, People and Principal to find the primary constraint. Define success and initial priorities.
Decide & build
Make decisions that have been postponed: positioning, pricing, sales ownership, hiring, responsibilities, accountability, priorities and founder time. Review progress weekly.
Execute & adjust
Review what worked, what did not, what assumptions proved wrong and where execution is blocked. Adapt based on evidence.
Review & plan
Assess decisions, actions and observed outcomes. Identify unresolved challenges and next-stage priorities. The aim is to build the founder’s capacity, not dependency on an advisor.
Exactly what you get
Not twelve conversations. Twelve opportunities to move your company forward.
12 private 1:1 sessions
One focused 60-minute session per week for 12 weeks.
Founder Bottleneck Diagnostic
An initial diagnosis across the key areas of the business.
Personalized 90-day action plan
Priorities designed for your company, not a generic curriculum.
Weekly accountability
Review previous commitments, progress and next actions.
Decision support between sessions
Agreed asynchronous channel for brief, important questions, within defined communication boundaries.
Session summaries & action points
Concise record of key decisions, next actions and owners.
Final progress review
Review what changed, what remains and what to prioritize next.
Not included
Outsourced CEO services, done-for-you implementation, unlimited support, or guaranteed revenue growth.
Investment
What is another 90 days of the wrong decisions costing you?
Another quarter spent solving the wrong problem, delaying a difficult conversation, or trying an initiative that never becomes consistent.
Both options include the same twelve sessions and benefits. Maximum five active founders.
Is this a fit?
I want to work with founders who are ready to do something about the problems they already know exist.
This is for you if:
- You have built something real. You have customers, revenue and an operating business.
- You’re ambitious. You want a stronger company, not just a better-paid job.
- You’re open-minded. You are willing to question your assumptions and habits.
- You’re ready to execute. You understand conversations matter only when decisions become action.
- You take ownership. You accept responsibility for your response to problems.
- You’re comfortable being challenged. You prefer useful disagreement over comfortable validation.
- You’re transparent. You can discuss numbers, mistakes and difficult decisions.
- You’re at a transition point. You’ve outgrown the way you operated when you started. Especially relevant to developers, freelancers, designers, marketers, consultants, engineers and other specialists turned founders.
This isn’t for you if:
- You already know everything and will not question decisions.
- You want motivation, but not action.
- You expect an advisor to run your business.
- You blame employees, clients or the market for everything.
- You want instant results or guaranteed growth.
- You cannot commit time to weekly sessions and execution.
- You will not share relevant facts or numbers.
- You are still at idea stage without an operating business.

Why Milan
I’ve made many of the mistakes you’re trying to avoid.
I started as a developer, then freelancer, working with more than 250 international clients before building SmartClick. I learned to move from doing the work to building a company: sales, hiring, management, pricing, positioning, leadership, delegation, cash flow, partnerships and accountability.
Some things worked. Others became expensive lessons: wrong hires, sales approaches that didn’t deliver, delayed decisions, lost clients and structures that needed rethinking.
Today I’m still building. I’m Founder & CEO of SmartClick, a business builder, entrepreneur, mentor and founder advisor. I host Leaders of Growth, run The Visionary Circle and speak about growth, leadership and entrepreneurship.
I know what it feels like when responsibility for the company ends with you.
I won’t pretend I have everything figured out. But I can help you think through the decisions shaping what your company becomes next.

Not ready yet?
Not ready for a paid session? You can still take the first step.
Maybe you want to understand your situation better before booking. Maybe you’re still exploring whether you need outside help. Or maybe you simply prefer to start on your own. Here are two ways to begin.
Founder research
Tell me what’s really challenging you.
I’m researching the problems founders face as they move from doing the work themselves to building a company around it. Share your experience through a short survey. I’m especially interested in the problems that don’t appear on LinkedIn: the decisions you postpone, the pressure you carry and the challenges that keep returning.
What you’ll get
- A chance to reflect on your challenges
- An opportunity to contribute to founder research
- The option to leave your details for a free 30-minute research conversation
The free conversation is for selected respondents who share a specific challenge and are willing to discuss their experience openly. It’s not a substitute for the paid session.

Where does your time actually go?
A practical guide for founders who are busy all day but rarely get to work on what matters most. You probably know you’re busy. But do you know how much of your week is spent doing work that shouldn’t require you?
What’s inside
- Identify where your working hours go
- Separate founder-level work from operational tasks
- Recognize recurring interruptions and hidden time drains
- Spot responsibilities to delegate
- Identify one change that could free up higher-value time
You can’t change how you spend your time until you can see where it’s going.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What exactly is the Founder Advisory?
A private 12-week, 1:1 engagement focused on your company’s most important constraints. We meet weekly for 60 minutes, diagnose the priority issue, work through decisions and review execution. The agenda follows your business, not a generic curriculum.
How is this different from the Founder Bottleneck Session?
Founder Bottleneck is a standalone 60-minute diagnostic focused on clarity and a next step. Advisory is twelve weekly sessions to support decisions, implementation, adaptation and accountability over time.
What problems can we work on?
Positioning, offers, pricing, sales, hiring, team structure, leadership, delegation, accountability, priorities and the founder’s role. We focus on the primary constraint and bring in qualified specialists when legal, tax or other regulated advice is needed.
What if I have several problems at once?
Most founder-led businesses do. We examine how problems connect, distinguish causes from symptoms and select a sensible sequence instead of trying to change everything at once.
What results can I expect after 90 days?
Results depend on the starting point and execution. We define realistic goals and progress indicators at the start. Outcomes might include clearer positioning, stronger role ownership, improved sales processes or better founder decisions; no revenue or transformation guarantee is made.
How much time do I need to commit?
Reserve 60 minutes each week plus time to execute actions between sessions. If you cannot make that commitment, the program may not be the right fit.
What is included between sessions?
An agreed asynchronous channel for brief questions and important decisions related to the advisory priorities, within response boundaries agreed before the engagement. It is not unlimited messaging or operational management.
How do the payment options work?
€3,000 upfront before the program starts, or three monthly payments of €1,200 (total €3,600). The first installment is due before the engagement begins; each later payment is due before its respective service period. Both include the same program.
Will you implement the strategy for me?
No. You remain responsible for managing the company, making final decisions and execution. I provide perspective, structured thinking, challenge and accountability.
What happens after the 12 weeks?
We review progress and next priorities. You can continue independently or discuss a separate engagement. There is no automatic renewal.
You can spend the next 90 days figuring it out alone.
Another quarter second-guessing, postponing decisions or working harder while the important problems remain. Or spend those weeks with someone in your corner who challenges you and keeps the real priorities visible.
You don’t need someone to build your company for you. You need to become the founder who can build its next chapter.
