Not just another SaaS conference. Malmö, Sweden. Crisp air. Sharp minds. 1,200 builders in one place.
Not just another SaaS conference.
SaaSiest, 2024 wasn’t about scale hacks or empty slogans. It was about substance — the kind of insights that stay with you long after the event ends.
No echo chambers. No performative networking. Just real conversations between founders, executives, and sharp minds willing to challenge assumptions and ask better questions.
It felt less like a conference and more like a collective reset — a place where the why mattered more than the how fast.
SaaSiest, 2024, main stage.
An operator’s event in a non-classic format
You could feel it from the first session: this was designed by people who’ve been in it.
Nathan Latka opened strong with real examples, raw numbers, and a simple shift: > “Personal brand fit > product-market fit.”
April Dunford reminded us that great positioning isn’t clever, it’s clear. She didn’t just teach frameworks; she gave founders permission to own what makes them different.
Leah Tharin cut through the noise: > “Marketing that doesn’t understand product is just decoration.” SaaS growth doesn’t happen in silos. Her session was a wake-up call.
Lisa Miles-Heal and Bas Willems both delivered grounded lessons on going international and building true community – two things people talk about, but rarely show how to do well.
And the list goes on:
Wes Bush reframed PLG. KD Dorsey brought the sales fire. Mimi Turner made us rethink how we earn attention in 2024.

The off-stage moments that stick longer
SaaSiest wasn’t just “well-produced.” It was well-designed.
From the pre-event dinners and Malmö canal tours, to the morning yoga and post-conference poker, every detail created space for real conversations.
Not every talk needed a stage. Some of the best moments came by accident: — On a walk between sessions. — Sharing notes over lunch. — Sitting next to someone who turns out to be your next call.
Shoutout to Thomas Sjöberg, Daniel Nackovski, and the whole team. You didn’t just run an event – you held space for momentum to happen. Big shoutout to Leonard Eldić and crew – Anastas, Igor, Marija, Ana, Ema, Faris (and more) -for pulling this off with care and clarity. Even the WhatsApp automation felt thoughtful.
Why it mattered
This wasn’t about leads or likes. It was about alignment on what we’re building, and why SaaSiest reminded us: The best SaaS growth stories don’t come from tactics. They come from people who care enough to share what actually works. We’ll be back.

Behind every event we attend, there’s a spark. A conversation that shifts perspective. A story that sticks. These are the ones worth revisiting.
