We talk a lot about fear of failure—but almost never about fear of success. What happens when things go right? Will the people around me change? Will they want something from me? Will I still belong? A powerful talk that challenged how we think about ambition and self-sabotage.

This was the strongest talk of the event. Petar explained how, in every company, people either act like players or victims. Great leaders don’t force change—they guide people through it.

Her story was a reminder that you don’t need to have it all figured out. Even when investors rejected their idea to rent out Snoo, she and her team stuck with it. That one bet now brings in serious revenue.

This was the most powerful session for me. Edin talked about thinking beyond the business and instead creating an ecosystem—a space where customers, team members, and partners want to stick around.
He also hit on something I deeply believe: sales and client segmentation are not “add-ons”—they are the engine.

We talked about shifting how we think under stress, finding space in high-pressure moments, and using breath to get calm and focused when it counts.
